Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information HIGHHEED collects while monitoring your regulatory line, how it is used, and the care taken to protect the compliance data you entrust to the service.
The data we collect
HIGHHEED collects the information needed to watch your regulatory line and operate your account. This falls into a few clear categories:
- Account details you provide when starting a trial or contacting us, such as your name, work email, company and role.
- The industry and rule-pack selections that define what the engine monitors on your behalf.
- Policy documents you upload for adherence checks, and the deadline records and findings the engine generates from your line.
- Basic technical information required to deliver and secure the service.
How we use it
Your information is used to run the monitoring service and nothing unrelated to it. Specifically, to:
- Watch the regulatory sources relevant to your selected industries and flag changes to you.
- Track filing and compliance deadlines and deliver lead-time alerts.
- Compare your policy documents against current requirements and surface gaps.
- Compile the compliance reports you review or export.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide support.
We do not sell your compliance data, and we do not use the documents you upload for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
Compliance documents you upload
Policy documents deserve particular care because they describe how your business operates. They are used solely to run adherence checks and to produce your reports. Access is limited to your account and to the minimum internal roles required to operate and support the service. They are never shared with other customers and are not used to train unrelated systems.
How we protect it
Data is protected with modern encryption both in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to what each role genuinely needs. No system is beyond all risk, and we do not claim otherwise - but the handling of your compliance data is treated as a first-order concern rather than an afterthought.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the period needed to keep your reports and audit trail coherent. When an account is closed, associated data is removed in line with that policy, subject to any records we are required to keep.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the service providers required to operate HIGHHEED - such as infrastructure and email delivery - and only to the extent needed to perform their function. These providers are bound to handle it consistently with this policy. We do not share your compliance data for advertising.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your account, and you may withdraw documents you have provided. Where you have questions about how your data is handled, you can reach us through the contact page and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how your information is handled, we will make the updated version available here and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly so you are not left to discover a change on your own.
Watch your requirements, on your terms.
