Your compliance data, handled with the seriousness it deserves.
Compliance data is sensitive by nature - it describes how your business operates and where it might be exposed. Here is how HIGHHEED handles it, stated plainly and without overclaiming.
What we store, for how long, and who can see it.
What is stored
The policy documents you provide, your industry and rule-pack selections, deadline records, and the findings the engine generates. We hold what is needed to watch your line - nothing collected for its own sake.
Access scope
Access to your compliance data is limited to your account and to the minimum internal roles required to operate and support the service. It is not used for unrelated purposes.
Retention
Records are retained for as long as your account is active and the period needed to keep your reports and audit trail coherent. On closure, data is removed in line with that policy.
Protected in transit and at rest.
In transit
Traffic between you and HIGHHEED is protected with modern transport encryption, so submissions and documents are not exposed in flight.
At rest
Stored policy and compliance data is encrypted at rest, so a copy of the underlying storage is not readable on its own.
A clear line on what HIGHHEED is
HIGHHEED assists compliance monitoring. It watches for change, tracks deadlines, checks adherence and compiles reports. It does not replace legal counsel for interpreting a regulation or deciding how your business should respond. Where a matter turns on judgment, that remains the work of a qualified professional.
Compliance posture, stated honestly
We describe only our current status. We do not claim certifications we do not hold or protections we have not put in place. As our security posture advances, this page will be updated to reflect what is actually true at that point - and no more.
Watch your requirements on infrastructure built to be careful.
